Our Terms & Conditions also include specific guidelines. Labor costs are covered for up to six hours, which may be used once per order. Order cancellations are not permitted, and a 25% restocking fee will apply. Any damages to engines or transmissions must be documented at delivery to qualify for a refund. Once sold, all transactions are final, and warranties are void if items are disassembled. Defective units must be returned within 15 days for warranty validation. While mileage certification is not guaranteed, customers agree to binding terms and cannot dispute charges with their credit card company.

Transmissions are guaranteed to be in working condition at the time of purchase, but no returns are accepted for incorrectly ordered parts. Engines and transmissions must be installed within two weeks of delivery, and replacements are only available within 30 days. Electrical components are sold without warranty. All installations must be performed by certified mechanics, and adherence to manufacturer guidelines is required. This includes proper fluid changes, replacement of seals and filters, and ensuring belts and hoses are updated as needed.

Privacy of Children

We do not publish or provide content intended for children. If you are under the age of thirteen (13), you are not permitted to use or access the Site for any reason. Should we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will promptly delete that information from our records. We strongly recommend that minors who are 13 years of age or older obtain parental consent before sharing any personal information online. Additionally, we encourage parents and guardians to educate their children about safe internet practices to ensure responsible and secure online use.

Information Collected and “Cookies”

This section of our Privacy Policy applies to all information collected through or submitted to our Sites. The data we collect helps us customize and continually improve your shopping experience. While you may choose not to provide certain details, withholding information may prevent you from taking full advantage of some features on our Sites.

When you interact with our Sites, we automatically receive and store any information you enter or provide. This may include details when you search for products, place an order, add items to your cart, create or update your account, communicate with us by phone, chat, or email, complete surveys, or engage in other activities. As a result, we may collect personal information such as your name, address, email, phone numbers, payment details (e.g., credit card information), transaction data, shipping and billing details, communication records, and other account-related content. This information may be used directly or through our partners to market products, conduct internal research, improve services, and enhance your overall experience.

We also gather specific types of information when you browse our Sites. For instance, we use “cookies,” which are small alphanumeric identifiers stored on your device. Cookies allow us to recognize you, track your preferences, recall previous activities, and tailor the browsing experience to your needs. They also help us analyze trends, manage website performance, and target marketing campaigns. Most browsers accept cookies by default, but you can disable them in your settings. Please note that some features, such as the shopping cart, may not function properly if cookies are disabled. This Privacy Policy covers our use of cookies and does not extend to third-party providers.

Additionally, we collect technical data such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, referral URLs, clickstream activity, product views, and purchase history. We use this information for analytics, troubleshooting, targeted advertising, and to improve website navigation. In some cases, automatically collected data may be linked with personally identifiable information to better understand customer behavior.

When you make a purchase, we require your email and shipping address to confirm and deliver your order. These details are also used to send order confirmations, tracking updates, and notifications about delivery. Occasionally, you may receive promotional messages, product updates, or discounts. You can opt out of marketing communications at any time by using the unsubscribe link in our emails or by contacting us directly. We respect your privacy and will never sell or rent your email address to other marketers.

We may also receive information about you from third-party sources such as social media platforms (e.g., Facebook), delivery services with updated address details, and co-branded business partners. This supplemental data allows us to maintain accurate records, improve order fulfillment, and enhance customer communications. In some cases, we may request additional documents (such as a driver’s license, billing statement, or utility bill) to verify your identity or prevent fraud. We also use credit bureau reports and fraud detection services to maintain transaction security.

Outsider Advertisers

We work with third-party advertising companies to send emails or display promotions on our behalf. In some cases, these advertisements or emails may include third-party cookies or tracking tags. Such tools help monitor responses to ads or emails, measure their effectiveness, and provide rewards or incentives to members who engage with them. Please note that we do not have access to, or control over, these cookies or tracking tags. Their use does not allow us to obtain your personal information, nor do we share personally identifiable details such as your name, phone number, or address with these advertisers unless otherwise stated. To learn more about the data collection practices of certain third parties, please click here.

Retargeting

We participate in the Google AdWords Remarketing program. Through this program, Google may assign a cookie to track visitors who enter or leave specific pages or sections of our website. This data is then used to create Remarketing Lists of visitors who exited certain areas, enabling the delivery of tailored advertisements across the Google Display Network. Please note that we do not have access to or control over these third-party cookies, nor do we obtain any personal information collected by Google. Additionally, Google does not share personally identifiable details such as your name, phone number, email, or physical address with us unless otherwise disclosed. If you wish to customize your ad preferences or prevent Google from using cookies during your browsing sessions, you can visit the Google Advertising Opt-out page. Alternatively, you may opt out of receiving cookies from other third-party ad servers collectively through the Network Advertising Initiative (NAI) Opt-out Tool.

Use of Information

We take your privacy seriously and do not sell or rent your contact details to other marketers. However, in accordance with this Privacy Policy, we may share your information, including personally identifiable data, with third parties. This may include our affiliates or subsidiaries, which may use such information for marketing purposes but will remain bound by the terms of this Privacy Policy. In addition, certain personal details may be shared with service providers that work on our behalf to deliver products and services. These providers may assist in processing transactions, fulfilling orders, delivering or promoting products, managing customer information, or providing customer support. Such companies are strictly prohibited from using your data for unauthorized purposes and are obligated to safeguard it in line with our policies unless otherwise disclosed at the time of collection. Without sharing this information, it would not be possible to process purchases, deliver products, provide customer service, or offer specific features and content on our website. For example, to complete your order, we may transmit payment details to a third-party payment processor based on your selected payment method. Similarly, we may share information with delivery partners such as the U.S. Postal Service, Federal Express, or United Parcel Service to ensure successful product shipment and delivery.

Secure Encryption

We utilize Secure Socket Layer (SSL) or TLS technology, which is supported by most modern internet browsers. These technologies work best when you are using the latest encrypted version of your browser. SSL and TLS provide the highest level of security available online by automatically encrypting data transmitted over the internet, verifying the identity of executing servers through certificates and digital signatures, and ensuring the integrity of message content throughout transmission. Our minimum requirement is SHA-256 bit SSL transaction encryption for internet browsers. Please refer to your browser’s documentation for details on its security features. During order processing, we transmit the encrypted credit card number securely to the appropriate payment processor; however, in compliance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard, we only display the last four digits of your credit card number when confirming an order.

Credit Card Security

Our servers utilize Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), an encryption technology supported by all industry-standard browsers, ensuring that only we can access your personal information. Credit card numbers are additionally encrypted using Public Key and Private Key algorithms when transmitted via SSL, providing an added layer of protection. For order confirmation, we display only the last four digits of your credit card number; however, the complete number is securely transmitted to the designated payment processor during order handling in compliance with current PCI requirements for transport-level encryption. We have also obtained a digital certificate from Comodo Group, Inc., a leading provider of Internet trust services. When you enter a secure section of our Sites, a closed lock or solid key icon will appear in the bottom bar of your browser window. Clicking this icon displays a pop-up window confirming that your personal data is being transmitted in encrypted form to our web server, not to an unauthorized source.

Our Sites are regularly tested and certified to meet industry-leading third-party security assessment standards, protecting you against identity theft and credit card fraud. Ultimately, your information is safeguarded by the password you create when registering an account through the “Sign In/Quick Checkout” page. Please keep this password confidential, as none of our representatives will ever request it. The responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of your password rests solely with you.
