Return And Cancellation Policy

You may request to cancel your order at any time prior to receiving our official Order Confirmation. Once an order has been confirmed and processed for shipment, cancellations are no longer possible.

Please note that orders placed between Friday 5:00 PM EST (2:00 PM PST) and Monday 9:00 AM EST (6:00 AM PST) cannot be canceled, as they are automatically processed over the weekend for shipping.

Returns Policy

SPH will only accept authorized returns within 90 calendar days for certain brands, including Kool Vue, Replacement, Bolton Premiere, Evan Fischer, Garage Pro, StyleLine, N-Dure, Auto Trust, 4WD Pros, and Item Auto products. For all other products, the 90-day return period begins from the date the item was received by the buyer or original recipient, unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase.

All authorized returns must be unused and in their original condition, including every item and accessory that came in the original package. Returned items must not be installed, disassembled, damaged, or altered due to incorrect installation or customer error. Please note, SPH is not responsible for installation or labor costs, towing expenses, additional repair fees, or rental car charges caused by the use of incorrect or defective parts.

If your shipment arrives with a damaged or incorrect item, please repackage the product in its original shipping container and refer to our official Return Procedure. Upon receiving your order, carefully inspect all packages for missing, damaged, or incorrect parts. If you receive a damaged shipment, do not accept the package. Instead, request the carrier to return it to sender. If a damaged package is left in your absence, contact the shipping carrier immediately to arrange a return. In addition, please notify us right away to avoid being charged for freight costs in both directions.

SPH is not responsible for missing, damaged, or incorrect parts reported beyond the 90-day return window for the brands listed above, or for any other product. We are also not liable for lost or stolen packages; such claims must be submitted and processed directly with the shipping carrier.

If you need to reach us outside of business hours, please leave a message with the following details: your order number, the customer name on the order, a valid phone number, and the best time to return your call. Our team will get back to you as soon as our office reopens.

Packaging Instructions:
All items being returned must be packaged securely. Please review any special packaging requirements to prevent damage during shipping. SPH cannot be held responsible for returns that arrive damaged due to inadequate packaging.

Refund Processing

Refund Processing:
Refunds are typically issued within 24–48 business hours after our warehouse receives and inspects your returned parts. Once your return has been approved and processed, the refund will be credited back to the original payment method used for your purchase. You will also receive a “Refund Approved” email notification on the same day the refund is released. For purchases made with a debit or credit card, please allow an additional 1–7 business days for your financial institution to reflect the refund in your account.
