Shipping Policy

At SPH, delivery charges, including both one-way and return shipping, are non-refundable for tires, aftermarket wheels, and tire and wheel bundle purchases. All shipping and delivery timelines are based on business days, which are defined as Monday through Friday only. Please note that Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are excluded from processing and delivery schedules.

We are committed to fast nationwide auto parts shipping across the USA, ensuring you get the right engine, transmission, or car part on time. Orders are typically processed within 3 to 5 business days. For example, if your package leaves our distribution center on a Monday, tracking begins the following day (Tuesday), and your order is generally delivered by Thursday, Friday, or the next Monday. If your package leaves our distribution center on a Friday, tracking will begin on the next business day (Monday), and you can expect delivery by that Friday.

With SPH’s reliable shipping service, customers can feel confident that their used engines, rebuilt transmissions, and auto parts delivery across the USA will always be handled with care. Please keep in mind that SPH does not process or deliver shipments on weekends or holidays.

Conveyance Timeframe

In most cases, orders are processed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours of confirmation, unless otherwise noted. Delivery times depend on the size of the package and your location. Standard small or medium packages typically arrive within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) once they leave our distribution center.

Larger items such as bumpers, doors, hoods, or other oversized auto parts may still be eligible for free shipping. However, because they require special handling, these orders are usually shipped via Truck Freight, which may result in slightly longer delivery times (see Truck Delivery details below). In some cases, multiple parts in the same order may ship from different warehouses, which means you could receive more than one tracking number.

Note: While we make every effort to ensure on-time delivery, SPH cannot be held responsible for delays outside our control. We encourage you to use your tracking information for the most accurate updates on your shipment.

Execution and Accessory Part Orders

All show and accessory parts are shipped exclusively via Ground Service. In most cases, orders are processed and leave our warehouse within 24 to 48 hours of order confirmation, unless otherwise noted. Delivery times depend on package size and destination. Standard small and medium shipments usually arrive within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) once they leave our facility.

Larger items such as brush guards, running boards, and other oversized accessories require special handling and are typically shipped via Truck Freight (see Truck Freight information above), which may extend delivery times. We proudly ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and other U.S. territories outside the continental states. Please note, additional shipping charges may apply and delivery times can be longer for these locations.

Important: Exhibition and decorative parts are not eligible for expedited shipping options such as 2-day or overnight delivery.

Damaged Shipments

Once your order is delivered, please inspect all packages carefully for any signs of damage, missing items, or incorrect parts. While our warehouses take every precaution to prevent shipping issues, damage may occasionally occur. If you receive a visibly damaged package, do not accept it ask the carrier to immediately mark it as Return-To-Sender (RTS). If a damaged package is left in your absence, contact the shipping carrier right away to have it returned.

Additionally, please notify us immediately so we can assist and prevent you from being charged for return freight. We cannot be held responsible for damaged, missing, or incorrect parts reported after 30 business days, regardless of fault. We are also not liable for lost or stolen packages. In such cases, all claims must be filed and processed directly with the shipping carrier. For more details, please see our Risk of Loss policy below.

Danger of Loss

All items being returned must be securely packaged to prevent damage in transit. Please note that all purchases made through our website are shipped under our standard terms, which are F.O.B. shipping point. This means that ownership and risk of loss transfer to you once the carrier accepts the goods for delivery.

While we are not directly responsible for lost or stolen packages, our team is happy to assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier. If your complete order has not been received within two (2) business days after the carrier’s estimated delivery date, you must contact us immediately for assistance.

To be eligible for review and resolution, all claims must be submitted within twenty-one (21) days from the original shipment date.
